After the 3.1.0 update, the transpose not working

Hi, With the transponser active I hear my guitar twice - the downtuned one and the E Standard one. Maybe you guys have an Idea how to fix that. I am using the Focusrite scarlett Solo as audio interface - Direct monitoring is set off and Reaper as my DAW (but same problem occurs in standalone aswell). If i record a track, when i play it back, all is all right. Same problem on PliniX, GojiraX or the new SoldanoX. I think i have something, somewhere to turn off, but i don’t find what … Sorry …
