This is yet another example of why people lose confidence in the company/product, even if on many levels it’s a good piece of gear. At a minimum, after a year of people asking for this, there should be SOME feedback from NDSP on the topic. But nope….
It really is inexcusable that a device that is so dependent on a phone or tablet to be usable and “gig ready” would require internet access just to change parameters of data already on the device itself.
Honestly, even just minimal access to the app without internet. Just so we can EQ our cabs to the sound systems and see what note were in when we need to tune up.
Tuner can be accessed by pressing and holding the footswitch II (right side) when you’re in Performance Mode. No need to be online to access this function.
Yeah, That´s right. BUT, you can´t see the note you are tuning. It can be tricky, for instance, when you are tuning a new string without knowing current tension, or even when you´re in an alternative tuning. Not that it´s a critical issue, but sometimes one might need to access the app to actually see the notes.
Stoked! We’ll be closing this one imminently. Everyone, please remove your votes from this request as I’m not sure they will return to you once we close it out.
