Ability to copy a specific single scene from one Preset (that has a bunch of scenes) and save just that one Scene as a new Preset with just the elements (drives, amps, cabs, EQs, etc) from that single Scene.

you could do that now by multi-selecting those blocks and pasting them into a new Preset (with the desktop editor), yes?

That is correct but not directly from the QC.

That will also Transfer all settings?

Yes. The main drawback is it will only paste it in the exact same location on the grid as it was in the original preset
