Operator error no doubt, newbie here but I cannot figure this out, 5 - 6 -7 - 8 are Grey’d out.
You can’t click on them and make them active, when you grab the band, the Gain & Frequency knobs change but the EQ isn’t actually changing…on the Quad Cortex or in Control. 
What am I doing wrong? TIA!
It handles a little differently on QC and in Cortex Control. But basically you need to switch the frequency bands on.
On the QC when you select a frequency band there is a bypass button on the right side (green when bypassed).
In Cortex Control you use the “+” button next to the type selection.
