Serious question, why doesnt Neural allow us to dl the guitar cabs and neural captures from its big brother? I understand there’s a limit but why not give us the option to choose what irs/captures we want to use from the flagship unit?

Serious answer, you are in luck, they do! 
You can use the same captures /IRs between the QC and Nano using the NDSP cloud app etc. That’s pretty much the best thing about the Nano and it’s main purpose which is to utilize your amp/drive captures and IRs on both platforms.
