Weird Dream Chorus (ST) bug

Just updated to CorOS 3.0.0 and I’m getting this weird behavior with the Dream Chorus (ST) device. I haven’t encountered this bug before updating, but perhaps I’ve been lucky?

I load the device and it sounds great at first, go brew a cup of coffee, then when I’m back and ready to play it goes haywire. It also happens in a new preset with only the Dream Chorus device added (Sync turned on).

I recorded two audio files, one that demonstrates the bug and one that was recorded before the bug occurs. Does anyone else get the same issue? It can take a few minutes for it to bug out.

Same settings, no bug:

I think I found a way to easily reproduce this, at least on my cortex. I have restarted it but it still happens when I do the following:

  1. Load Dream Chorus (ST)

  2. Turn on Sync.(My tempo is right now set to 120BPM but it has also occurred for me in 204BPM)

  3. Set Sync Note to 1/1D

  4. Wait a couple of minutes and it has bugged out when you start playing again.

I reported it to the Neural DSP support team.
