I’m putting together a dual‑amp rig using the Quad Cortex and wanted to see if anyone here has experience with the Victory V4 amps. I’m looking at running two of them (Duchess + Sheriff/Kraken) in 4‑cable method, with each amp feeding its own cab and the QC sending stereo to FOH.
If you’ve used a V4 with the QC — especially in a dual‑amp setup — how did it behave? Any quirks with the FX loop, gain staging, or routing? Curious how well the V4 preamps and power sections play with the QC in a real gig or rehearsal environment.
