Hey folks! So I am trying to use my quad cortex as a footswitch to switch between presets in archetype petrucci. It seems rather intuitive online, with the midi learn function and all, but I am having an incredibly difficult time accomplishing this. It seems to me like the archetype petrucci plugin is not receiving my midi signal. I’ve tried mapping the messages manually, and using the midi learn function, but the plugin will not respond. I’ve read all sorts of articles on using a software instrument channel and routing it via busses and side chains but none of what I’ve tried has worked, and some of it seems more complex than necessary. Has anyone accomplished this? Any help would be appreciated.

After that , you can configure the Program Change Preset messages in the Plugin itself.
