Unusable due to noise. Crackling, hissing, white noise, volume jumps

Describe your issue:

So i get this fizzling/volume jump when i either, a) switch scenes or b)stay in the same scene and just press the same scene button…….

i don’t know why its doing that. sometimes if i hold down the button and rotate it, it makes noise too. its almost as if the rotary knob is connected to the output? not too sure.

I also have a ton of crackling and white noise when I even play clean tones.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Turn on QC
  2. Play anything

I expected this to happen:
When I play, I expect there to be a lot of noise, volume jumps, and crackling.

I have tried the following things:

  • changed cables
  • changed guitars
  • factory reset
  • update to latest OS
  • different power supplies
  • tried different outputs
  • tried different inputs
  • tried factory presets

Hi @Jaysan0330 and sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with noise and volume jumps etc.
Since this doesn’t seem to be a common occurrence, I would definitely email support@neuraldsp.com and they will hopefully get you sorted quickly.
