In stand-alone mode, the buttons in the bottom left and right corners are not sensitive to touch-screen input. These are the Settings and MIDI buttons on the left and the UI-size button on the right.
All other buttons and dials can be set using the touch-screen of a Windows 10 laptop (I’m using a Surface Book 3)
I hope this will fixed in an upcomming update, so touch input works for the entire UI.
