When I’m at band practice and I try to make a quick change, usually to level out the volume of different scenes, because the amp at my studio is different from the headphones I use at home, a lot, I try to pass the save preset button, and usually have to try a dozen times until it will take. I usually switch modes a dozen times first because that button thinks I’m pressing it. The screen is messed up. Please fix.
I wholeheartedly agree. I have the same experience.
LOL it sucks if you’re standing. I usually use the one one the Cortex Control if I’m seated, but a bigger save button on the unit would surely help when I’m not seated.
@devillesparky I haven’t had or seen this issue occurring. Have you tried backing up and performing a factory reset/restore? I can’t make out if you are intending to report a software bug or a feature request. If you think you have a bug with the screen not responding, please email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log your issue and ultimately provide resolution. If you are wanting the save icon to be bigger or something similar, search and if not existing, please submit a feature request.

It is a feature request. Make the Save button larger.
