Hi, folks! Newbie here. Currently head-over-heels for Takayoshi Ohmura’s guitar tone (big Babymetal fan 
). I know what gear he uses (ESP and Kemper, neither of which I have), so technically speaking, I could just get the stuff and recreate said tone almost to a T. Thing is, I’m not in love with the Kemper and I’ve never tried one so I cannot comment on how good the thing actually is, although I’ve heard some folks say Axe-FX is better overall. I’ve been eyeballing DSP plugins for months now and everyone I’ve talked to says they’re phenomenal so I’d like to take a stab at getting an Ohmura kinda tone with DSP plugins. Obviously, they’re not gonna be 1:1 and that’s totally fine. I’m not expecting it to be. Just looking for something in the ballpark. Y’all got any suggestions?
