Switch banks of presets

  1. Nc bank switch changes through banks of presets.
  2. Option to swap out pitch fx for a compressor

This should be listed in the Nano Cortex page. Also, others are already asking to be able to swap out effects.

Definite +1 for the bank switching (e.g. using press-and-hold on the foot switches). This would make this little gadget a great minimal gigging/rehearsal tool. Currently, the 4 sounds is just a bit too few to cover what I need, but 4 sounds for one song gets me through in 95% of all cases. So having 5 to 6 banks for different styles (e.g. classic rock, blues, pop/ballad, hard rock) would make this a great little tool to get through a rehearsal or as a limp-through fallback on a gig.

On my QC, I have 8 presets with 6-8 scenes each - this gets me through a cover rock gig easily. Having that on the Nano would make this a pretty decent fall-back - even with the reduced set of effects in the chain, I could probably build sounds that get me 80% there in my style.

sounds like midi pc would solve your issues

That’s true but adding a midi foot controller defeats the object of a super compact solution and preset bank switching would be an easy add.

true, if you don’t have that space :v: i also think that this should be fairly easy to accomplish with an update

Agreed. I’ve got the nano as a back up to my qc and whilst I can get enough in the nano to get me through a gig, only being able to assign four presets to footswitches is a big restriction.

A simple solution would be to add a second list of assigned presets. Even if these could only be toggled from the app. This would give 8 presets for a gig.

Yes, please!
I’m using 4 presets for standard, and 4 with -2 transpose, that would be great to have an option to move between 2 banks with left and right footswich (bank up/bank down)

Some means of switching presets and roles of the foot switches without the app would be great!

Kind of like the role of capture banks and scrolling with FS1 but to swap the preset instead.
