My starred presets at the app are not downloading to the QC, 2.0 firmware.
They don’t appear to be ‘in que’, pressing the download icon at the upper left corner of screen does nothing. In any case I am unable to download presets by the proscribed manual method.
Can anyone help ?
Did you update the app too? There should be any “starred” items anymore. Not sure if the new app is REQUIRED, but worth a try

The new mobile app is required to download presets from the Cortex Cloud. Otherwise, you can star presets till the cows come home and they will not download to the QC. Btw, on my iOS phone I had to go to the App Store, tap on my profile icon and run the Cortex mobile app update explicitly. It doesn’t necessarily update automatically.
I can see this being a gotcha for some users as the old version of the app appears to work, but nothing ever gets downloaded. One way to be sure you have the required new version of the Cortex mobile app is that it has download check marks instead of stars.
