Sold my Two Rock/Marshall, Fractal AX8, Helix..now I'm here :)

absolutely… that’s what MIDI foot controllers do.

How do you find the effects? I’m on the fence and mindful of at least one uTube indicating fx are not up to scratch. Having used H9 for the last n years I couldn’t go backwards in fx quality.

If you followed carefully the firmware development of the Helix and the huge Kemper FX update even after many years on the market (was it two years ago when those stunning Kemper reverbs and delays came out?) you can clearly conclude that there is always improvement possible in computer code. Because that’s all it is. Digital programmed algorithms or whatever you want to call them. The QC hardware itself should be more than powerful enough to handle anything that future software and musical taste demands from it. So the question is if you trust in Neural that they can handle, change and improve computer code in the future. PC code that’s their own. I bet we will see improvement with every FM update, more so the more user whining will accompany it.

Yes, your logic is spot on, and that’s what I want to believe, and certainly my experience with the Kemper Stage reverbs I had a year back backs that up … with the quad chipset i’d expect top notch resolution. It is however important to hear users’ feedback. Thanks:)
