Can anyone say whether there will be customs duties for shopping in the EU?
I could not find any information from which country the products will be shipped.
I asked about this two weeks ago at support@neuraldsp.com but no answer has been received yet.

Your ticket was responded to, did it maybe go to spam? Here was the response:
“Orders are shipped from the UK. If you are purchasing from Finland, you will pay Finnish VAT on your order and then if there are any duties to be paid, they will be collected at the border.”
