We need a feature to lock the Master Volume to a designated value. The value could be changed with a password unlock or something. This would help us live gigging musicians to ensure a consistent volume for FOH, but still enable a change if absolutely necessary.

You can lock the master volume knob already, yes–but it also locks the screen.
