The volume knob is very sensitive everytime when touched. If you touch it slightly, the sound will go very fast, loud at first. You have to turn the knob very, very slowly. Is this a defect?
I would email support@neuraldsp.com and they will likely have you factory reset or coordinate for repair if necessary.

I would try to backup, factory reset and restore to see if that resolved it. Hopefully it doesn’t need to be serviced but good luck!
