Quality of life improvements

Just some quality of life improvements.

1. Allow us to rename the devices. Sometimes I’m looking for a specific device (mainly pedals) and I’m not sure what is what. With this feature, I could name the device regarding what the device it is based on, without looking for the official list on the internet.

2. Allow us to hide devices. Similarly to pinning devices in the list, it would be cool to be able to hide selected devices, to lessen the clutter. There should be switch at the top of the list allowing us to display already hidden device.

3. Organize amps into a tree list (again, to lessen clutter). Main level would be amp name, the sublevel would be channels (if more than one).

NeuralDSP promise an endless release of new effects, and that’s great, but sometimes it’s hard to find anything on an endless list. In almost all the processors that I had, I used 2-3 amplifiers, and it was always tiring to look for them in a huge list. When I saw a guy looking for the needed impulse in a list of two thousand on the Axe, my heart was filled with pain.
