Quad Cortex - Phantom power protection on Outputs 1-2?

• Will this phantom power be an issue?
  No.
• Will it, or could it, cause any damage to the Quad Cortex?
  No.
• Will it, or could it, cause any noise to be generated in the Quad Cortex output signal?
  Yes, if you consider that it changes your final tone. Sounds sharp like either the low end is attenuated or the high end is boosted, using a DI box fixed this for me.
• Will it, or could it, cause the output amplifiers to be activated at any time, and thereby create any unwanted noise?
  Unsure of what is meant by output amplifiers? Could you elaborate?
