Does anyone use MIDI Guitar 2 with their QC? im trying to make program changes to MG2 (running on a Macbook) using the QC and havent figured how to do so.
I can use it, you have to set your QC as audio interface on your mac set input on input 1 and route your output on 1/2 on FOH for example or 3/4 to your amp.
I’m thinking of doing the same with Midi Guitar 3 (I’m testing it and it’s really good).
At the moment I use a separate FBV 3 as a controller as I use Mainstage (with the Fishman Triple Play) and I need to do a lot of stuff live.
If I was to use the MG2 or 3 live, I’d go old school and use the midi out from the QC into my audio interface (they all have midi ins). Job done!

I use MIDI Guitar 2 on an iPad connected to QC via USB.
It works like a charm.
The only problem is that Midi Guitar 2 receives Midi program changes on all channels, so if you have other programs on the iPad (I use Quantiloop), you should send the Midi Gtr2 PC commands on a different channel, right after the PC command for the other programs.
