How do you like the idea? Preset banks divided into subgroups, for example:
(Subgroup name)
1A, Clean.
1B, Clean ambient
2A, Mesa Rec Rhythm
2B SLO Lead
(Subgroup name)
1A, …
1B, …
2A, …
2B, …
etc.
and a button on each subgroup or a button that gives a choice of which subgroup of presets to assign to the corresponding buttons 1A, 1B… in the order in which the subgroups are located in the list.
the ability to drag a preset from a slot to another slot by: holding down the preset on the screen with your finger and dragging it.

Pretty sure these are nearly duplicates of
If someone needs more than 4 presets why not let them have 6 or 8?
Button I could BANK 1, 2, 3
and Button II could be Bank 1B, 2B and 3B
Obviously if you program to have 30 presets that would be confusing but up to 8 or 10 could be OK.
So everytime you press on Button I, Preset Bank would go up and selected preset would A of that Bank like 1A, 2A, 3A etc.. pressing Button II would take it to 1B, 2B etc…
I use 2 presets myself but I play mostly jazz. However User Interface is my hobby so I w…

Totally agree. From a practical perspective we can choose to use cortex cloud app 100% or program midi to do the same where the PC and CC changes are available.
Organizing presets is logical for quality of life.
Since presets are the main way to use the NC, it makes sense to streamline creation, editing and sorting. This is the same as wanting to sort the list of captures in your library, not just use the search box.

not exactly duplicates, the first one is about something completely different, you apparently didn’t understand what I mean
The ability to assign four presets(for each footswitch) into one group, and switch between groups via MIDI or the controls.
When performing live, I can usually get through a song with four presets. But when I have to switch to another song that needs multiple presets, I have to open my phone and spend some time to assign multiple presets to each switch.
If I can set a group of presets needed for each song, and go back and forth between the groups with a single MIDI switch or simple controls, i…
How about this one, closer?
