Hi,
I recently got the Soldano plugin as the gift from Neural DSP and I’ve never used a plugin before but I use my QC daily without any issues.
I have the Monitors connected via output 1 & 2 and the QC connected to my PC via the USB. When using the plugin there seems to be a lot of latency and too much to be able to play it.
Do i need to reconfigure the QC and my PC to stop the latency?

Most likely the Plug-in buffer is set to default, which is too high. Simply go to settings and reduce it to 128 or 64.
