Payment issue, money removed from account but no plugin

Hi folks, I have just bought Omega, but received no confirmation email, and status of my purchase says FAILED. Cash was removed from my account.

I’ve already sent ticket to support, but I’d like to know if something like this happened before. I have no cash and no plugin :frowning:
