Occasionally tuner doesn’t work

Describe your issue:
When I press and hold right-down footswitch, the Tuner doesn’t turn-on.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Press and Hold the tap tempo footswitch
  2. Tuner doesn’t work
  3. Reboot Quad Cortex
  4. Tuner now works

I expected this to happen:
I expect that Neural fix this bug.

I have tried the following things:
This bug happens occasionally. And I resolve it only with reboot.

Hi @Roby_Rocks , unfortunately that is a new one for me and I have never heard of this behavior yet therefore I would definitely email support@neuraldsp.com and they will have you send diagnostic logs to help resolve.

Hi,
I have the same issue. It happens from time to time, when the Quad Cortex is on for a few hours, as someone else described here: Tuner/Tap Tempo switch unresponsive during live performance.. Happened once at the studio and now again at a live gig. Changing the preset resolved the issue today, last time I don’t remember, but I had to fiddle with it. Could be a hardware issue? Did someone resolved this?

This doesn’t fix your issue within the unit itself, but I just added my TC electronics poly tune back to my board due to me not getting a good “feel” with the onboard tuner. I haven’t had the issue you’ve described.
