I‘m sorry, but that’s just not true.
There indeed are many bug-report-threads which are not resolved but shut down. Sometimes on the very same day as the thread was created and without any comment by NDSP.
And as I wrote, there are old feature requests with way more votes then some newer ones which have not been implemented. Some are even being implemented in a different way than being asked for. How does that fit that they implement them „based on priority“?
Believe what you need but we aren’t going to waste forum resources going back and forth. Let’s keep this thread on track. If you have an issue with the Bug Reports and or Feature Requests, please email support@neuraldsp.com and give them your feedback. If you have a CPU utilization issue, definitely recommend to email support@neuraldsp.com so that they can log your issue and hopefully provide resolution. Good luck!
Please read the sticky at the top of the Bug Reports for clarification:

If you are experiencing issues with your Quad Cortex, it is recommend you visit cortex-support.neuraldsp.com and contact the support team. Our support team cannot quickly help you here.
However, if you’d like to check if other users are experiencing a similar issue or if you’d like to discuss an issue in more details with other users, feel free to post it here.
New thread approval is enabled to prevent a large number of duplicate posts about the same issue. If you are experiencing the same issue to somebody else, please add to their thread.
Well, I am just believing what I am seeing. And not trying to waste any recourses either, just trying to figure out how this forum works.
It’s pretty confusing to go to the official forum, report a bug in a section that is called “bug reports” and being told that NDSP won’t respond or even notice it here.
I also did read the sticky and it says:
I think cutting the word quickly out of this sentence would help to avoid confusion. Because right now it suggests that support does help out here. Just not necessarily quickly, which is typically the case anyway with most bugs, as they have to be fixed in a firmware update.
Well, NDSP support also doesn’t react to mails. So I guess it doesn’t matter where you report your bugs.
Two weeks later, still nothing. Same on other topics like this thread: Is it still safe to pull the power cable from QC to turn it off?
If NDSP doesn’t even answer you, what chances does the average consumer have?
I hear ya! Unfortunately, there isn’t anything more I can do. I know EU takes holiday in August so maybe it’s that or support is just busy. Unfortunately I haven’t heard back so I would recommend to continue to email support@neuraldsp.com.
