If you are experiencing issues with your Quad Cortex, it is recommend you visit cortex-support.neuraldsp.com and contact the support team. Our support team cannot quickly help you here.
However, if you’d like to check if other users are experiencing a similar issue or if you’d like to discuss an issue in more details with other users, feel free to post it here.
New thread approval is enabled to prevent a large number of duplicate posts about the same issue. If you are experiencing the same issue to somebody else, please add to their thread.
