This issue does not happen with any of my 390 plugins in Sonar. Here it is: when I save Sonar and then put the PC to sleep and then go back into Sonar everything works, but when I go into any of my 3 plugins, Tone King, Cory Wong, or Rabea, I cannot edit any of the controls. I have to exit Sonar and re-open the project I was working on. This has always happened, and it is very annoying. I have mentioned this before and nobody reached out to me.
I feel like buying a Helix and being done with this problem.

Since you have already reached out to support, I would give it another day or two and hopefully they will get back shortly. I know they are busy with the soon to be released QC CoreOS 3.0.0 but if they don’t respond, DM with your contact details and I will escalate to support for you.
MP Mod, it has been many months since I reached out to them. I reached out to Cakewalk and they confirmed there is not an issue on their end.
Support should always reply, be sure to check your SPAM folders etc. Worst case, DM your contact details and I will escalate directly to support.
I don’t have a spam folder. I mange my own sites.
