After the new update, I can’t pair the app with NQ. What can I do? I tried clearing the app data, but it didn’t work.
Please try the full cycle of reconnection, i.e. restarting your phone, power cycling the NC, reinstall the app, and make sure that you are attempting to add a new device. Keep the NC and your phone very close together. If this contines to fail please reach out to support@neuraldsp.com.
