I am reaching out regarding a persistent issue I’m experiencing while trying to update my Nano Cortex to the latest firmware (v2.2.1). Despite numerous attempts, the update process fails at the final stage.
The Problem: The firmware download and transfer seem to complete (the progress bar fills up), and the Nano Cortex reboots itself. However, the Cortex Cloud app remains stuck on the “Transferring Firmware” screen with spinning arrows indefinitely. After waiting for more than 2 hours, if I restart the app, the device information still shows the old firmware version, and the update notification reappears.
Steps I Have Already Taken:

Hard Reset: Performed a factory reset by holding EXIT + SAVE while powering on.

Multiple Devices: Tried the update with two different smartphones (both iOS and Android).

Connectivity: Tried using only Cellular Data (4G/5G) and different Wi-Fi networks (with Google DNS 8.8.8.8).

Account: Logged out and created a new Neural DSP ID to rule out account-related sync issues.

Isolation: Kept the phone directly on top of the device and disabled “Auto-Lock” to ensure no Bluetooth interruption.
Could you please investigate if there is a known issue with this batch or if there is a way to force the update via a different method?
