I purchased and downloaded tim henson’s plugin a few days ago. I created an ilok account and installed an application. I enabled the plugin, but even though I tried to run the tim henson plugin, it didn’t work. Even if I scan the plugin in daw, there was an error in the middle. I tried deleting it and downloading it again several times, but it didn’t work. Please help me
I don’t know if you resolved this, but this worked for me on my Mac.
The answer for me came from @Gonzolo:
Hi @jim.virgo. Disable the Input you’re not using at the audio settings. If you’re on macOS, check the mic permissions:
- Select System Preferences from the Apple menu.
- Click the icon labeled Security & Privacy.
- Click the Privacy tab at the top.
- In the lefthand column, click on Microphone to manage app permissions.
- Tick the boxes next to apps for which you’d like to grant access to the mic.

This doesn’t work 100%. Archetype Gojira didn’t show up when permissions were opened to allow access to the microphone when I was in system settings. Instead I searched for Archetype Gojira in my downloads, opened the application with terminal and was prompted to allow microphone access. As soon as it was given permission, the application opened automatically and immediately produced sound from the plugin.
