Hi, I would like to know difference between “Multi Out” and another single output (i.e. Output 1)
I know that Multiout is intended to be stereo…but I notice however differences in tone and/or volume if choosed MutliOut compared to the mono output (Output1)
It seems that choosing MultiOut produce a better and richest tone at a little bit more volume.
Yes you will certainly here a different tone stereo vs mono… the stereo signal is definitely gonna sound richer in most if not all circumstances youl perceive more bass and treble along with more noticeable overtones… the initial tone should still be the same but they will sound different in mono vs stereo… you said it sounds richer and louder, I would say that is what I’d expect to hear going from mono to stereo…are you listening on headphones or into an amp or frfr if your using stereo effects and going out mono you mite be better to use mono effects in your preset and mono cabs etc etc
OK I don’t have an frfr here at the moment but testing on headfones just an amp capture QC into audio interface, there is no difference between output 3 and multi out.. And if I use 3/4 output and running mono it sounds the same aswell…
If add in some nice wide stereo sounds it gets richer fuller when running it stereo… maybe sharing your preset can maybe help someone figure why perceiving such a difference
