I want more folders; the current limit feels very constrained

Totally agree. I am an organization freak and feel like I am not living my best life with the limited folders. I would also like the ability to drag & drop to reorder folders in Cortex Control.

I also think it could be a great idea to be able to sync folders from a specified directory on the computer from Cortex Control. I have my IR library already organized on my computer so it would be nice to just enter the root folder and then Cortex Control could copy the folder and subfolders structures with the IR files it finds inside them
