I would like to have midi note on/off capability with velocity added to the midi command set to be able to trigger sounds on external keyboards, synth modules and samplers.

This is a must for MIDI control.
I used to go through my AbleSet setlist with an HX Stomp (which supported MIDI note on/off messages), worked like a charm.
I miss that functionality in the QC.
