Midi Next Preset on Plugin

I am trying to create on a Moringstar MC8 a previous preset and next preset. The program change preset works fine but I cannot get the previous preset and next preset to work. What am I doing wrong?? Please see attachments

I figured out that I need to set the CC value to 127 and now it works on the standalone version of the plugin. But only program change preset works on the VST2 and not “previous” or "next ". Does anyone know why?
