Lose level in output 3 + 4

Hello everyone! I have a problem with my QC -
A few weeks ago, the output from Outpot 3 suddenly decreased significantly, even though the output meters seemed healthy. Then I changed it to out 4, and yesterday, the same thing happened with output 4. I believe it’s a software issue, but before I do a hard reset, I want to know if someone else has the problem and figure out how to solve it?

before doing hard reset you should try updating the firmware or checking for software updates

I’m in the last version for both. Can I reinstall without data lose?

always make a backup first, just in case.
the 2nd option will not remove your content.
the 3rd will, but you can restore it all with the backup
