I just got my QC and am still figuring it out. I somehow have changed all of the factory presets in banks 1 and 2. They all have a looper and effects added to line 3. None of the other banks are affected. I thought that you couldn’t make changes to the factory presets. Is this a bug?? I tried going to settings and performing a factory reset but both banks are still the same. Help!
You can save factory presets, just not in place. Very strange if you were able to. Using the editor or the QC? Are you sure they are showing up in the ‘Factory Presets’ folder and not in some other folder?
With CorOs 3.0.0 , some of the first factory presets were modified by NDSP (they added a doubler on some of them, changed some effects, etc…).
The 1A ‘2204’ factory preset beeing the first one by default is a ‘showcase’ for the QC, that’s why they modified it to include the doubler (it is turned on in some scenes)
You can’t modify and overwrite a factory preset per se, but you can ‘save as’ a new preset in your ‘user preset’.
So all factory presets on banks 1 & 2 now have this 3rd row with a looper added?
I could swear when I first took my QC out of the box and updated, this was not the case.
