When I upload (and then public) a preset on cortex cloud, if the preset contains a custom IR (instead of factory cab), it is uploaded with preset?
No, it will just default to a factory cabinet

This happen also for Backup?
Not positive, but since they are stored locally on your QC in the preset, they should be accounted for in the backup. They just aren’t allowed to be shared publicly
