Introduce virtual expression pedals 3 and 4, controlled by CC

Allow connecting parameters to expressions 3 and 4, and allow to control those by midi. Expands the ability to control parameters to a large degree, within current architecture as far as I can tell
Atm…I can do wah and volume with and expression…I’d like a 3rd to control wet/dry

Add "virtual" (MIDI only) expression pedals

I think it would be quite useful to have additional expression pedals (EXP 3/4 for example) defined as MIDI only devices.
