I seem to have noticeable latency in my audio

Hi there,

I got my QC yesterday. I’ve been a long time Kemper user so I’m pretty used to the digital world.

Playing on the QC standalone through headphones (not through USB) I seem to have a noticeably latency. It’s not terrible, just spoils the feel of playing.

Is there some published information about the end to end latency on the QC? or is there something wrong with my setup? - seems to happen on all presets.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hi @jallawalla and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you are experiencing latency with your QC. I have never head of experiencing latency when just using headphones as there shouldn’t be any noticeable latency.
