I’m starting to use my QC to record my guitar but I’m having trouble with it.
My guitar is a 7 strings Solar with dimarzio illuminate. I am using the QC as audio interface because it sounds better than my focusrite.
The problem here is, the final result is a sound poor in quality, hard to fit in The mix. I tried both fl Studio and Studio one. Buffer size at 8 samples.
Since i am new to digital recording process, i wanna know IF you give some tips to get The best of my QC to Record my guitar.
Impossible to diagnose without hearing something. It could be anything from the performance, the amp choice, the cab choice, the overdrive pedal(s), the EQ decisions, the bass tone, the drum mix, the arrangement, the guitar choice, etc.
It’s like asking “my dinner tasted bad, any tips?”. We need to taste the meal (hear the song) to give advice.
