Hi all, first post finally signed up out of desperation!
Just what the title says, I’ve had good experience using the plugins for certain genres but I just can’t for the life of me get remotely close to what I’m trying to achieve at the moment
The plugins I have are: Nolly, Nameless X, Gojira X, granophyre
The kind of tones I’m after are mostly 2000s and modern black metal (so not whirring shitty fizz etc)
Tones like:
Mayhem - Daemon album
Dark Funeral - any of their 2000s albums
Satyricon - any of their 2000s albums
Emperor - live inferno/emperial live ceremony
Dimmu Borgir - enthrone darkness triumphant/puritanical euphoric misanthropia
Watain - sworn to the dark, lawless darkness, wild hunt
You get the picture…
It seems like no matter what I’m not able to cut enough flub or boxy midrange or take enough noise out or get the treble right with fizziness, got all the external IRs you could imagine bogren digital, kohle, tue madsen, York audio, ownhammer man literally everything
I know I should be able to get what I need out of these plugins, can anyone assist at all? 
(already tried the Ihsahn presets in gojira too!)
