Gojira Plugin won't open in Mixcraft 10.6

Happy May the 4th be with you day!!!

So, I purchased Gojira plugin for use with Mixcraft 10. I have Nolly, Mesa Boogie, Soldano, Fortin and they all work perfectly and I use them almost daily.
Again, so I purchased the Gojira and I can see it in my plugin manager list (it has an “exclamation point” next to it meaning something is wrong), I can choose it to use with a track I’m recording on (it’s listed in my available FX). …and when I attempt to use it, it just attempts to load, no response until Mixcraft is unresponsive and I have to close it down.
-My license is active same as my others.
-I’ve tried rescanning for plugins, many times.
-I’ve added folders to plugin search.
-I’ve tried to uninstall and redownload several times.
-I’ve tried renaming the file, tried relocating the file.
-I’ve tried updating Mixcraft, I’ve tried past versions of Mixcraft.
…and now I’m out of ideas.
It’s important to know that the standalone works perfectly. Also, I can use Gojira with Reaper (which I also have…and hate).
Can anyone offer any ideas that I haven’t already tried?
I tried Neural Support and I haven’t gotten a reply from them or even a confirmation that they got my request for support.
I really really really NEED this thing to work with Mixcraft. I know the DAW so well and the thought of having to switch a DAW over 1 plugin is keeping me up at night!!!
Please HELP!!!
Thank you very much for reading…
Rob

I have the same issue brother… tried everything. My response from Neural DSP was that Mixcraft isnt on the supported DAW list so they can’t offer me any help. I only see 2 options, because I’ve used the plugin for years and it worked fine. Install an older version of mixcraft and maybe it would work again, or say hell with it and drop their plugins because this is really disappointing that they had no interest in helping look for a solution other than “use a supported DAW”. I will never change from Mixcraft because I know it so well and it works for me. Maybe a future Mixcraft update will solve the issue.

Welcome! Unfortunately NDSP has minimum requirements and supported platforms, they can’t be expected to solve all compatibility issues as they are numerous. I would suggest contacting Mixcraft’s support and see if they have any options.

Yeah that sucks!!! I really wanted to switch my DAW but I move so fast through Mixcraft 10 it’s crazy. I realized this when I tried 3 others. Learning the new DAWs was sooo time consuming.
Anyway…so I downloaded the original Gojira plugin (not the newer one with the “X” addition). The older one with no “X”. …and it worked immediately!!!
Makes no sense to me but whatever. Now the plugin works fine and I’m able to use it with Mixcraft as normal like all my other Neural plugins.
So to anyone having the problem I described… Try downloading the older version of the Gojira plugin. I’m guessing it’ll solve the problem :+1:

That’s awesome you found a solution for now, I might have to give that a try to at least have acess to the plugin! I’ve never had any issues with plugins on Mixcraft this was a first
