Give the Expression Pedal full control over parameters (like on the QC)

Hello everyone,

I am a long time user of the Quad Cortex and am thinking about purchasing a Nano Cortex for a smaller second pedalboard. However, as it now stands, an expression pedal connected to the NC can only 1) turn blocks on/off, or 2) change the amount of the effect.

For what I do, this won’t suffice. I need the expression pedal to control specific parameters in blocks. Until it can do this, the NC unfortunately won’t work for my use.

I want to be able to control the decay of a reverb, the length of the delay on the tape delay, the filter on a lowpass filter. These are just a few examples of ways I use my expression pedals on my Quad Cortex at EVERY gig. Manipulating parameters live is part of the fun for me.

I hope that you will consider up-voting my request that the Expression Pedal is given access to all the parameters of the blocks of the Nano, like it currently is on the QC. Thank you.

100% in agreement! I got my Nano yesterday, and while setting up expression commands, I noticed that each effect block only allows a single predefined parameter to be assigned to the expression pedal.

Definitely +1 to this one in the sense of adding a MIDI functionality. I really love the fact that all the effects are available, the EQs especially, but let’s face it - the experience of setting one up on the display of an iphone isn’t the best. I would really love to be able to use a MIDI controller or some kind of control surface and tweak an EQ or another effect with hardware pots and do so while playing. Pretty please with sugar on top, let us change all the fx parameters via MIDI.. Thank you !
