Expression Pedal Control of pedals in effects loop

Hi folks,
I am planning to build my pedal board consisting of the QC, mission SP1 expression pedal, H90, and the bigsky. Can the parameter of H90 or bigsky be controlled by the expression pedal?

This will be my first build.
