why is my name GiftedRelation638 when making presets? Thats not my username 
Can’t help but I tried changing mine and it doesn’t work.

Did you base your preset on some other preset downloaded from the cloud? I think it only shows your name when the preset was created from scratch.
From scratch. New preset from the drop down menu.
Same happened when making new one just now… So frustrating.
have you contacted Support@neuraldsp.com yet?
I noticed some of mine say “You” as creator, others use my user name “xush.”
Not sure what caused the difference
