FX Loop Latency remains when disabled

The Quad Cortex has a roundtrip latency of approx. 1.9ms. And each FX Loop logically doubles the latency, because another conversion has to be done. So the latency triples if there are effects in both loops.

So far no problem. But the additional latency remains when the FX Loop blocks are bypassed. This definitely needs to be fixed in a software update if we want to use the Quad Cortex meaningful on pedalboards.

On the Helix, for example, it is particularly well solved: If the mix of an FX loop is at 50% or lower, the FX signal is only mixed in and the roundtrip latency of the Helix does not increase at all. This is ideal for delays or reverbs.
