Frfr vs guitar speaker

Do i have to install IRs for ex celestion creamback in my qc if i want to have this speakers instead of frfr. Not shure how it works. Have a seymor power amp

I’m not sure of what you are asking but I’ll try.

If you are using an external power amp with a regular guitar cabinet, you would disable your cab/IR block(s). If you are using a powered/non powered FRFR speaker, you would enable your cab/IR block(s).

Like the mod says, IR when using FRFR, no IR when using a guitar cab.

There are non powered FRFR speakers so it is possible to use either with your Seymour power amp.

Personally I like a guitar cab whenever possible for the amp in a room sound. I use a TC Electronic BAM200 set “flat” as my power amp.
