Since the new metronome / midi clock integration I’m an happy camper, I can play in sync with my Boomerang looper and a Roland TR6s. I’m just waiting for the integration of the Morgan Amp Suite for the QC and it will be perfect (I’m playing for now with SLO 100X and Fortin Nameless, and they’re good!)
I’m using some cool pedals before my QC as it sound as good as if I was going through a tube amp (Model feT, Function Fx Hive Mind, Shields Blender, delay Llama xtrem, among others…) and I use the digital delays and reverbs of the QC (in addition of amp sims or capture, of course). They sound rather good but a little complex to program. The QC has a tendancy to sound almost too hifi and a little not enough organic for the effects.
As Neural DSP seems to have the habit to collaborate with boutique gear makers, here come my dream plugin (adapted to the QC, of course): I would gladly pay for a plugin of a bunch (delay, reverb and chorus) of Free the Tone pedals. They seems to sound absolutly gorgeous and I think that Neural plugins and the QC would then reach a paramount level of bliss.
Not sure if it should interest anyone or if it can have any echo, but I have to ask just in case!
