Feature Request - cumulative voting

This is actually a request forthe Feature Request system. I understand we only have 20 votes, so you must pick and choose your priority.

Theoretically, the requests with the most votes gets more attention and priority from Neural.

I request that we be allowed to apply our votes in any manner, including voting more than once for a request. So if only one request is important to me, i can use all 20 votes on that request.

This is known as cumulative voting in corporate law and commonly used to elect directors. It gives minority owners an opportunity to have a say, otherwise a 51% owner can choose 100% of the directors.

So someone could make a few accounts on here and just spam a random feature request?

I don’t think applyling that to a feature request system is a good idea. Users on this forum are not shareholders and we don’t have users with more or less shares. So the very problem that cumulative voting adresses in the corporate example doesn’t exist here.

Instead it opens the door for vocal minority to push some obscure feature requests that 99% of the user base doesn’t need or care about.
